The intellectual system of equipment diagnostics for technological processes in the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation, being developed in this article, has several advantages over other similar systems. The system is based on the use of modern measurement and computing complexes, capable of collecting, processing, and storing data from various measurement devices and equipment monitoring systems in real-time. This allows for equipment diagnostics without interrupting the main technological process and monitoring its current and actual state as a whole.
The system has a high reliability of the obtained data and allows for the accumulation and storage of information, creating a structured array of data and engineering ontology. The main goal of the system is to assess the technical condition of objects in the heat supply system based on the diagnosis of various characteristics, such as repair volumes, replacement, reconstruction, and equipment maintenance. The result of the diagnostic procedure is a quantitative assessment of the residual resource of the system, equipment, or object, as well as increasing their reliability by providing the operator with reliable information about the current state.
In this work, the evaluation of the technical condition is carried out by the monitoring system, without considering other subsystems. The development and integration of such intellectual systems are aimed at increasing efficiency and minimizing resource costs.
